Welcome!
This offering was inspired by dear friends and clients who were seeking ways to cleanse their spiritual nature for more positive energy, and a holistic approach to mind-body health.
The body, mind and spirit are all connected. They are not separate. It took me a long time to realize this.
I began my own healing journey following a painful divorce. Prior to that, I had always been practicing yoga, mindfulness, and an organic and healthy lifestyle, but I was carrying a lot of heavy emotional pain, stress, and anxiety that I didn’t tell many people about.
After years of carrying this heaviness, I eventually became ill and developed an autoimmune condition. After many doctor visits and no answers or solutions, I eventually turned to alternative methods.
It was then that I discovered that all human beings are capable of healing themselves. This is when Spirit brought me back to a place I had been trying to escape from for so many years. I had no idea how much the trauma from my past life experiences had deeply affected my entire being - my nervous system, physical body, my soul and spirit.
I had limiting beliefs deeply rooted into my subconscious - some passed down from family generations, but also some I picked up throughout life. These beliefs were telling me that I would never get better, that I wasn’t worthy, smart enough or good enough, that something was wrong with me, that I was too sensitive, and unlovable.
We are much more than our physical bodies. We also have an energy body that surrounds us and animates us, called our aura. This field is intimately connected to our health. When you become unwell, it is because the functioning of your energetic field has become imbalanced.
During this course, we will begin to restore balance to your entire being (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) using intention, rituals, herbal remedies, body and breath work, inner exploration, and visualization.
While doing this work, please remember that the most important understanding of healing is the force of love. It is more powerful than you can possibly imagine. Begin to embody the feeling of love for higher truth, inner peace, and a new way of being.
Throughout the course, it is very important to take care of your physical body as well. As we clear energetic blockages, we must support the physical body as well for proper detoxification. This means drinking lots of purified water throughout the day, eating organic fruits and vegetables, enjoying herbal teas and fresh pressed juices, spending time in nature, getting plenty sleep, and balancing your work schedule. Also, other therapeutic practices are supportive, such as meditation, limiting exposure to electronics, movement practices like yoga and qigong, acupressure, self-massage, and dry brushing. All of these practices support the flow of vital energy moving throughout the body. Total wellbeing is wholeness - all aspects of the body coming into harmony.
This is a safe space for you to be vulnerable, and open to express your truest self. Trust your intuition (your feelings) and let that be your guide. This is a new beginning - a celebration of the new YOU! You will release repressed emotions, deepen your connection with spirit, experience the healing power of nature, and feel like a new person.
As we move away from the low frequencies of fear, anger, shame, and take responsibility for our own healing, we begin to embody the higher frequencies of love, compassion, forgiveness, and joy.
By changing our relationship to ourselves, acknowledging our wounds, and letting go of our old beliefs, we change our life and help change the world.
When we heal our relationship to ourselves, we automatically heal the way we relate to others. We begin to feel that togetherness is the solution for a peaceful living on this planet where everyone can thrive.
We choose connection, community, and togetherness over judgement, division, and scarcity. We make the choice to create our own happiness, instead of holding onto resentment and grief.
The more we heal and evolve, the more we live from the heart to love, serve others, and remember who we truly are.
Thank you for beginning this journey back to your true self. I hope you receive the wisdom, clarity, and healing you seek. I believe in you and your ability to heal and find peace in your life. Trust in that for yourself and you will experience the wonder in all that nature and the universe has to offer.
As you begin this journey, it is common for deep emotions to surface and for your body to experience subtle shifts. This is normal and part of the healing process.
Up until this moment, you have been living your life in a very particular way. When you start to make changes, even small changes, it disrupts the program. You may at times feel tired, drained, electric, head in the clouds, or more emotional than before.
You are transitioning into a new you, much like the caterpillar in her transitional phase before becoming a butterfly. It can be painful and jarring, but what emerges is something so beautiful and free.
