The power of rituals develop not only meaningful daily habits, but also bring love, wellbeing, and prosperity into your life. I invite you to gather all that you have learned within this course, and through my guidance, and begin to create your own daily rituals, whether that includes 5 minutes of meditation and breathwork, movement such as yoga, journaling for a few minutes, and spending time in nature.
