MIND
Our minds and our thoughts are extremely powerful. When we shift our mindset, our life can completely change course.
We have been programmed since childhood to believe, act and behave a certain way. We have formed our identity based on these beliefs. Many of them have come from generational patterns passed down to us from our parents and ancestors, but also the societal "norms" we have adopted.
These beliefs have been deeply programmed into our subconscious, but we have the ability to change our programming at any time.
We can change the beliefs that are no longer serving us, remove the blocks that are holding us back, heal generational patterns, and manifest the life we truly desire.
Most of us identify ourselves as being something or someone - I'm a father, I'm a mother, I'm a daughter, I'm an entrepreneur, a doctor, etc.
When we become this somebody, it's easy to forget who we truly are at the core.
The more we live affected by our problems every day, the more those problems get stored deep into our subconscious and ultimately become our identity.
To clean out those problematic parts of our subconscious, we need to break our addiction to survival mode energies, such as guilt, shame, fear, doubt, desire, and competition.
If you want to create a new self you have to stop being your old self.
REPROGRAMMING OLD BELIEFS
STEP 1 - Awareness
The first step is to become self-aware so that you no longer think any thought, action or emotion that you don't really want to experience. As you become more self-aware, you will naturally begin to rewire the neural network related to your old self.
STEP 2 - Create a new mind
Begin by asking empowering questions that will allow you to discover more of who you'd like to become. Here are a few sample questions...
How can I be more loving in my relationships?
How can I start improving my health?
Who do I admire and why?
What does it feel and look like to be this new person I want to be?
By beginning to mentally play out these new ways of being you start rewiring yourself neurologically to a new mind.
STEP 3 - Make your thoughts real
When you can feel like you're in a new experience or a new state of being, then you're in that new state of being. In that moment you are rewriting the subconscious program.
From a relaxed state of mind (great to do when you're in bed, just before you fall asleep), start envisioning the new you and what you would be doing. And don't just think it, actually feel it. What does it feel like to live the new life you are creating for yourself?
That is the important step - combining thought with feeling and emotion. Make your vision so alive in your mind that you begin to live as if that reality is actually happening now.

SHIFTING YOUR MINDSET
What mindset are you living in? Your life reflects the frame of mind you live in. From finances, love, career, relationship with yourself and others, and even your appearance are exactly how you feel and believe them to be.
As energetic beings, we oftentimes believe that our current environment or situation is what we deserve, and so our energy continues to create the same environment. We attract what we think.
For example, if you come from a place of lack and have not done the work to shift your mindset into abundance, then you'll continue to struggle financially. If you come from a place of never truly loving yourself, then you won't have a partner that truly loves you for who you are.
In order to change the sabotaging mindset, you need to do the inner work. Your reality can change this very moment, but it isn’t as simple as changing your thoughts. It’s in the deep work of changing your self worth and beliefs, and healing old wounds.
Observe your emotions
Our life really changes when we become aware of the beliefs that we have and start asking ourselves why we believe them to be true?
When we start to do that, we get to the core of who we are.
The way that you can do this is very simple. Observe emotions when they come up and allow the emotions to be there.
That may feel painful or uncomfortable, but if you allow the thoughts and emotions to be there, that's when they transform. What you're doing is healing the past because the moment you make the choice to observe your emotions and accept what happened, you relate to it in a new way and can learn something from it.
Try not to judge your emotions when they do come up because when you label them and try to resist them, you'll energetically hold onto them and that's when they can cause blockages in your energetic and physical body.
MANIFESTATION
Manifestations do not become real from words or thoughts. They become real by raising your self-worth, changing your subconscious programming, and from going beyond what you believe is possible.
We have two minds. The first one is your conscious mind where your ego lives. This is the mind where your thinking happens, and where subconscious programming begins.
Your subconscious mind is where all your beliefs and chronic thoughts live. Once a belief makes it way to your subconscious mind, it becomes your reality.
Your reality and life experiences reflect your beliefs. Beliefs are extremely powerful and truly determine the quality of our lives.
When you choose to create new and improved beliefs, your life will completely transform.
TECHNIQUE 1
Quiet your mind before falling asleep. Spend a few minutes visualizing whatever reality or belief you want your mind to adopt.
If you want to believe that money is easy to make, imagine a reality where that is true for you. See yourself living more abundantly and feeling that abundance.
This is so powerful because right before sleep (and right when you wake up, as well) when you’re in that drowsy state, your brain moves into theta brainwaves, making it very easy to tap into the subconscious mind.
TECHNIQUE 2
Think about something you’re experiencing in your life right now that you want to change. It could be your health, a relationship with someone, or your financial situation.
Take a piece of paper and write out every negative thought that comes up about that thing in your life.
For example, if your relationships are a concern, write down every belief that comes up when you think of a relationship. This could be “I'll never meet the right person” “I’ve always had bad relationships.”
Then write the opposite of every negative belief on the other side of the paper. Example could be something like “I feel worthy of the love and affection I deserve” “My life is filled with positive and loving people” "I only attract people who treat me with respect and love."
Look at these daily until you begin to believe them. You may feel like they sound too silly at first, but just keep looking at them, say them out loud and see what happens.
