MEDITATION
Meditation helps connects you to your spirit and Source energy. You begin to shift your awareness and access your subconscious and other levels of reality. It will help you rekindle love and enthusiasm for life.
Please find a quiet place where you can comfortably lay or sit down. You may prefer a room in your home where you can draw curtains so your eyes can rest.
I provided two meditations here - one for emotional healing and another for Inner Child healing.
It’s best if you connect earphones to your device before you begin the recording. Do not listen to any of these recordings while driving.
If you find it challenging to connect with this meditation, it is likely because you are ungrounded, particularly with emotions effecting your nervous system. You may need to do more preparation in order to create a relaxing space for yourself. Follow your intuition. What are you needing? A sea salt bath or hot shower can help us relax. Also, making an herbal tea using an adaptogenic plant such as chamomile or holy basil (tulsi) is very soothing.
BEE BREATHING
Following the meditation, take a few minutes to do several rounds of bee breathing.
This breathing practice slows down the exhalation and has a calming effect on the entire nervous system. It balances the emotional and mental state. It is great for those suffering from depression, anxiety and excessive thinking. After the practice, you will feel calm and at ease and be able to focus.
Exhale slowly through the nostrils with your lips closed, making a deep buzzing sound in your throat like a “swarm” of bees. Start with three rounds on the exhale only. Practice this breath no more than 10 times.
