Rhianna will introduce techniques to help pull traumas out of your body emotionally, mentally, and physically. She will also guide you on how to effectively process and release whatever comes up for you as you move through your healing journey.

All you will need is a journal, pen, and an open mind. Wear comfortable clothing for some mild body and energy work.
